What is Co-working

Details

Coworking – often referred to as flexible office space – in it's early days was only used by solo-preneurs and young startups, however, over the last few years, larger companies have used this model to replace the overhead of traditional office space. It is a professional office space where we replace long term leases with shorter term memberships. Memberships range from a dedicated desk, to a single private offices, or a section of offices dedicated to one company. Once we get into details and pricing, utilizing The L Offices makes business sense for the majority businesses with 1 to 15 team members for the following reasons:

Flexibility – As you may imagine, companies and employees are looking for flexibility post-pandemic more than ever. Employees are looking for hybrid options to work remote. Business owners want the ability to scale up or down without having to sign long leases. With The L Offices, you have all of this and more.

  • The option to add private offices or coworking desks as your company scales.

  • Several meeting spaces used for team huddles, interviews, or client meetings

  • Event spaces large enough to hold companywide events without the high costs of a hotel event room or food minimum.

  • With our 2 convenient Tucson locations – Downtown Tucson and River and Campbell – you can now give your customers or employees the option that is closest to them.

Attractive shared amenities – This is where The L Offices tops all other locations in Tucson. We have a created a space that you and your employees will enjoy working from and proud to invite clients to. This includes an expansive coffee bar with an espresso/cappuccino option. Full gym access at both of our locations with showers that make it convenient to get exercise mid-day, and pop back into work. We inspire health!! Golf simulator, fully equipped podcast room, beer on tap, and more. Downtown even has a Barber shop located right in the space and TTown Boxing and Fitness classes onsite daily!

Community - Coworking is inherently social, and that’s one of its major draws. Whether it’s a freelancer looking for their next project, a venture capital investor looking for the next big technology to back, or a manager from an established company, making connections is crucial for success. The L Offices automatically puts professionals in touch with like-minded people in the Tucson area, thereby breaking down some of the barriers to initiating those important collaborations. You, as the member, can choose your level of participation. You are welcome to join some or all of our social, educational, and health events, or you can remain focused in work by closing the doors to your private office.
